Q: How do I purchase the video?
A: Click the grey "+ Add To Cart" button to add a product to your cart. Then click your cart icon in the top right corner to update your cart or checkout and complete purchase.

Q: How do I watch the video after I've purchased it?
A: Make sure you're still logged into your account and then click the play button at the top of the screen to view My Purchases. Scroll down to view all of the products you've purchased. Click the one you want to watch and then click the video you want to watch under the "Watch The Event" section. Please note that if you've pre-ordered a live stream PPV event, the video will not be available to watch until the stream has started on the day of the event.

Q: Can I share my account information?
A: No. WE TRACK ALL LOG INS – if you share your password, we will suspend your account and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

Q: I'm having issues viewing the PPV/VOD and none of the above questions explain my problem.
A: Please make sure you're logged in with the account you used to purchase the event. Then click the play button at the top of the screen to view My Purchases and send a screenshot of what you see to [email protected]. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
